Freaking Accident

Got into a bloody accident this morning. Just along the LDP, was bloody jammed cos of the rain and there i was crawling along. So since i'm crawling along, there shouldnt be a problem putting on make-up and driving right? so i start on my face and the next thing i know Gorgeous (my car's official name for the uninitiated) is jerking and i'm going like "fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck".
then i lift the handbreak and look in the front and its a bloody iswara aeroback. so she gets out of the car, and i get out (mind you, it was still drizzling), and she starts inspecting her car, and there's nothing on her car apart from a few minor scratches WHICH SHE RUBBED OF WITH HER HAND!! so there's no damage to her car right? so then i start inspecting Gorgeous and his number plate's chipped off a little at the top. so i'm ok with that, it was my fault after all, and its nothing that cant be fixed with some super glue anyway. thank god she didnt ask for money, that would have been such a waste for an ugly car.. heh heh...

so then i finish my makeup during a few traffic lights with no other incidents. then i get into the basement and get out of Gorgeous to inspect his front to see if there's anything i've missed.. (no dirty thoughts please, i've never done it in Gorgeous before ;-); and guess what? his whole bonnet's crooked!! i'm serious, its like a V (about 160 degrees each side - if you know what i mean).. i cant believe i didnt see that..

so since i'm already ALMOST late for work, i go up, tag-in, switch on my PC and go down to check Gorgeous again. And guess what? I forget his keys, they're still upstairs (this is usually what happens when you're stressed). So I go up again (thank god for lifts), get his keys and come down, then try to open his bonnet and its a bit jammed, get it open anyway, not much damage except to his exterior. will have to take him for some hard knocks today (sniff, sob..), and he's due for his 30k servicing anyway. will prob hv to use my AMEX, dont have time to get to the vault ;-) I will always love you, Gorgeous.. Until i get my Audi that is.. ;-)
