One thing after another..

Lilian... Oh my god, you're still alive. i was sooooo amazed when i saw your text today and your comment too.. hows life? when you wanna meet up?

ok, back to my blog.. hehehe.. its been such a long time, i have been so freaking busy. and the busy-ness doesnt even BEGIN to entail my social life.. yikes!

drove from shah alam to midvalley on a saturday afternoon via the federal, funnily enough, i got to midvalley in like 35 minutes. which is pretty amazing cos i expected to take like an hour at least.. oh well, someone must hv been watching out for me ;-) went for tea to strudels and had this cheese something with lemon glazing and a hazelnut frap. was one of the first to hear abt a friend's engagement cos she only got engaged an hour earlier.. met up with that arbitrage pricing guy and gonna make some money this coming weekend.. hehe.. reading his thesis i mean ;-)

oh yeah, went bikini hunting in the whole of midvalley and almost couldnt find anything that i completely fell in love with. except one. but lemme tell you abt my hunt first. since i had jusco vouchers, thats the first place i went to, and tried on abt 20 pairs over the span of an hour plus. all kinds, designs and colors and cuts. was going for an orange black combination but that was almost non-existent in the cutting i wanted. and i'm talking abt all the brands there - triumph, speedo, ogival, schwarzenbach, arena.. finally found the almost perfect one in arena and its like bloody $200 bucks!!!! i was seriously considering getting it, cos i'm not kiddin, it was almost perfect - boy shorts in blue and brown and a matching bikini top, damn cun. but for $200?? oh well, wait for the mega sale and see what happens la.

then tak puas, so went to metrojaya, on the way, stopped by la senza, edmunser and a few others but didnt really like them. kept thinking of the arena one. and i bet even if the sale came around, the discount would be very minimal. metrojaya had pretty much the same stuff as jusco but less variety, so just gave up the hunt, got some pastries at bread story (or was it bread talk?), and drove bc at 140 all the way.. wooooooooo.. the high.. :-) told myself i'll stop speeding the day i get my first ticket but so far the fortune's been good ;-)

since i got back early, was itching to go out so went shopping with daddy to get all my groceries like cereal and milk and M&Ms and oreos and digestives and pringles and yoghurt and ice cream and everything else la.

went swimming the next morning and did 1km in 45 mins (plus a few dives).. man, thats a record.. for me la (not for the olympic swimmers), tho the pool is olympic sized.

oh yeah, my mum did some charity work and allowed some stray cat to bring her day-old kittens into the house so we had to provide her with a box and loan Gremlin's cage to her so that she woldnt run off while her kids were feeding.. sheesh.. poor Gremlin. so cos i pitied him and i let him sleep on my lap while i was watching tv, i got a massive allergy attack at night and couldnt sleep til 3. woke up at 7 on monday, too tired to go to work, took an EZD (some allergy pill), and went back to bed, slept in til 1, woke up and had lunch straight ;-)

took another EZD at teatime and could sleep ok that night ler. came in to work on tuesday and tried to finish my asgmnt to no avail. logistics is just freaking killing me (in past tense, cos i'm writing on this on wednesday evening and i've already submitted 8 bloody pages of the freaking asgmnt online). FINALLY.

oh, got my priorities right again on tuesday. knowing i had pending bookings and Logistics to do, still had the drive to go play futsal. went back to the office at 10 and worked til 11.30 or so. the had a happy meal in McDs Taipan and went back and pulled an ALMOST all-nighter (did my asgmnt and slept at 4). planned to wake up at 6, get to the office by 7 and get it bloody over with my asgmnt, but OVERSLEPT. woke up with a start at 7.48 and boy did i rush. and i actually made it in time for work with abt 15 mins to spare. LDP wasnt really jammed tho, traffic was actually moving..
had a MAC competition for designing the logo and tagline and i got a drawing block and some magic pens and wrote abt 10 taglines down and submitted it.

wanna go back redi la, need to catch up on all the sleep lost last night. hv to get back, start on my proofreading, do my Market Economics.. god, this world is never gonna stop spinning is it?
oh yeah, tv progs you should not miss - Planet Funniest Animals (Ch 51, 11pm Sundays), Fear Factor Psycho (Ch17, 12am, Sundays), and a few others i cant rmbr. and italy deserved the world cup after what zidane did. tho i actually liked that guy up to that point. hey, just realised its already wednesday. hmmmmm.. got paintball this wkend but dont know if i wanna go or not la, damn malas.

also decided to make this wk a salwhar kameez wk so i'm wearing a salwhar kameez to work every day (punjabi suit for the uninitiated).. maybe next wk will be a skirt day or something la. or maybe i'll color coordinate ;-)

and Gorgeous is fine, thks for asking ;-)

and one final thing - the devil called me on sunday saying he was reading my blog and that it would be more interesting if i wrote about him.. (of all people), but he's a pretty interesting character.. if i had to use one word to describe him, it would be fun. no, egoistic would be more like it.. yeah, egoistic wins out, i mean he's worse than me!! yeah, definitely egoistic.. but thats another blog.. yeah devil, wait for it (patience is a virtue, luv ;-)
