What should we ban?

Since there's a new govt, i tot i'd better say my piece in case the powers that be come across my blog and suddenly sit up and take notice cos they've hit a brainwave (mine i mean).

First thing we should ban - MOTORBIKES. i bet the weaving in and out of traffic and mat rempits and snatch thefts would end as well. i mean, the amount of havoc i hv personally gone thru with motorbikes are enough to make my hair curl. oh wait, its already curly :p

but seriously. which brings us to another question - what would the ones who cant afford a car do? answer: take public transport. govt, pls take note. while the LRT is great, the monorail, komuter and bus services leave a lot to be desired. why not take a leaf out of singapore's MTR (or MRT) or London's tubes. in singapore, its understandable cos there is no land, and parking is ridiculously exorbitant. but in london where cars are comparatively cheaper, everyone STILL takes the tube cos its so convenient. thru rain and shine and snow and slush. i mean, with that kinda transportation system, even i wouldnt drive. maybe.

and then we would see the end of motorbikes. there's be less accidents, less dangerous scare tactics of carrying children in the basket in the front with another few pairs of legs hanging out either side of the motorbike at the back, less youngsters riding around without licences, helmets and brakelights. i mean, the list goes ON.

well i think its a good idea. especially uncivilised places. i will of course revert soon with more things to ban, but for now, i need to go change and get into my futsal gear to go kick some ass - well more like i'd get MY ass kicked. and my hair pulled. and my boobs punched. cat fight y'all.. :p
